Community Banks Named ‘Best Banks to Work For’

More good news on the community bank front! This week American Banker released its inaugural list ranking the Best Banks to Work For across the country. There are 35 banks listed, broken down by asset size. And the best part?  Several community banks made the list! The rankings, according to American Banker, are based off its “Best Banks to Work For” study that is done in conjunction with the Best Companies Group, which reviews employer reports and employee surveys.

See your community bank on the list? Let us know what makes them so great from your perspective and you could be featured on an upcoming Go Local blog post!
